Reservations

Reservations:  Please Call (323) 467-7444.

(If calling from a T-Mobile cellphone, please call (818) 383-6832 if the above number cannot be accessed.)

If leaving a message, please leave your name, the date you wish the reservation, the number of guests in your party, and the best contact number at which you can be reached for confirmation of the reservation.

Only Dinner Reservations will receive a telephone confirmation of the reservation, but Show-only Reservation messages should be left as well:   not only for the club to be able to contact you in case there be unforeseen “issues;” but also to help the club arrange adequate staffing for the evening.

Please note that if a patron chooses to make a dinner reservation, but then that dinner reservation is subsequently not honored, a plate charge will be added to the patron’s bill for each “offending party,”  (because Wait-list customers could have occupied that seat.) Please note that a plate charge will not be levied if a cancellation is received more than 24 hours in advance of the performance, but will be levied if no cancellation is received more than 24 hours in advance of the performance.

Seating is not guaranteed for “Show Reservations,” but Show-only seating is nevertheless available on a “First-come, First-Served” basis:   i.e., there is limited available seating at the bar and there may be available seating at tables after all dinner reservations have been accommodated.

On most evenings, dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and most performances begin at 9:00 p.m.  However, on occasion, shows may be scheduled earlier, with “doors-open” and dining correspondingly scheduled earlier.  Patrons are advised to check specific dates’ scheduling carefully.

There are two components to each guest check:  1.)  The “cover charge,” which is set by the performer, and perhaps more properly could be identified as an “entertainment charge.”  2.) The charge for food and beverage.  This second component possesses a “minimum,” which is defined as “two-drinks,” but this two-drink minimum can be waived if the patron has dinner, which is defined as the ordering of an entrée.  Please note that neither the “cover charge” nor the minimum food and beverage charge are waived for late arrivals.

PARKING:

The Gardenia does not have a parking area dedicated for patrons, and there is no valet parking.  Street parking is available.
