April 4 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Fri., April 4. BILL LARKIN. Mr. Larkin has fused his strengths—comedy, award-winning acting, writing, and musicianship—into a unique package not seen in L.A. since he moved from Los Angeles to Chicago in 2002. While in L.A. “the last time,” he became known for his performances with “Houseful of Honkeys,” and recorded his first album, Bill’s Family Funtime, (2001,) songs from which he performed at The Laugh Factory, The Improv, and The Comedy Store, as well as at the Cinegrill, Rose’s Turn in NYC, and at The Riviera in Las Vegas. “Weird Al” Yankovic had this to say: “I’m a big fan of Bill’s Family Funtime. It’s one of the few times I’ve listened to a comedy album and literally laughed out loud all the way through. Very, very funny stuff.”
Larkin’s brand new comedy album, Knowing Your Audience, was recorded live at the Green Mill in Chicago. He received the Jeff Award for his “legit” performance as Ed Kleban in A Class Act at Chicago’s Porchlight Theatre, and was last seen as “Max Bialystock” in the Mercury Theatre production of The Producers. Other theatre credits have included “….Forum, Aladdin, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
